Code § 1798.100 et seq., the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act, and other applicable California statutes. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable California law.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact Round Table Pizza at [email protected] and provide a written description of the dispute, the relief sought, and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed to binding arbitration as described below.

10.2 Binding Arbitration

EXCEPT FOR CLAIMS THAT QUALIFY FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT, YOU AND ROUND TABLE PIZZA AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION ("AAA") IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES, RATHER THAN IN COURT.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on the parties. The arbitrator shall have the authority to award any relief that a court of competent jurisdiction could award, except that the arbitrator may not award declaratory or injunctive relief benefiting anyone other than the parties to the arbitration.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information. 10.5 Arbitration Fees

Payment of all arbitration filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. If the arbitrator determines that your claim is not frivolous, we will pay all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees for any arbitration initiated in accordance with these Terms.

11. Term and Termination

11.2 Termination by You
